Montez is a very long way from being in that picture but they should definitely be building him up more and more.

I think Vince was building him up but once HHH took over he took a step back on what seemed to be a potential heel turn by Tez. Once Reigns leaves which seems to be sooner rather than later, they’ll probably start building more guys up and Bron Breakker probably getting called up after mania.
