Because Camby wasn't old school low post big the 90s needed. He could run pretty fast, dribble the ball, defend multiple positions and still score.

My post wasn't meant to shyt on 90s players or anything, just his style of play was more suited for what he have today, instead of 90s bigs that had to bang in the paint most of the time.

Camby was giving Tim Duncan problems when Camby played for the Knicks, but teams didn't know what to do with him cause he was too skinny for a traditional 7 footer.

He wouldnt be AD tho,he didnt have a realiable jumper and his offensive game was pedestrian...I cant think of a good comp for him right now but it definitely aint AD.

AD is wayyyyyyy more skilled than Camby was offensively so that comparison is kinda flimsy. AD can shoot 3s, handle the ball, pass, post up. Camby was just putbacks, some lobs and some post ups
DID YOU JUST START WATCHING AD
BECAUSE HE COULDNT DO ANY OF
THAT shyt COMING OUT OF COLLEGE.

AD ATE OFF LOBS
AND PUT BACKS HIS 1ST COUPLE
OF YEARS IN THE LEAGUE.

THE POINT WAS
CAMBY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE
TO DEVELOP THE SAME WAY
IF HE PLAYED
IN THIS ERA
INSTEAD OF THE BACK TO
THE BASKET ERA.
