That's impossible to say as Dwight had the size, athletic ability and the strength to be way more u unstoppable than Carter. Lopez is more skilled than Dwight but he never shown enough to be a star.
I watched Carter make moves on offense at 19 that Dwight Howard could never pull off. I'm not comparing them. I'm not saying Carter will be better. Dwight got buckets off athletic ability. He wasn't putting post moves on people. That's all I'm saying.

The explosion and physical makeup are where they compare. Both great leapers and both can take contact and bounce off of you. A characteristic that I’ve always been high on. I think Miles walks in and is better than Crowder in two years. That’s his absolute floor to me.
He's not a great leaper at all. He can dunk. He can power over smaller guys. ....okay, that's what NBA athletes are supposed to do lol

Like I said, Jeffrey Taylor was doing the exact same shyt without masquerading as a 3.

I'm not calling the guy a bust - and I actually like him as a player. I DONT want to use a lottery pick on a guy like that though. You don't use lottery picks on clear cut role players. Ever. Take the risk, if they bust - develop them for a role when it happens. If the dedicated role player busts.... what do you actually have?
Vince Carter.
You really going with a Miles Bridges/Vince Carter comparison?

@#1 pick what do y’all see so much in bagley?
Athletic ability- the only big man prospect that's elite in all areas. Speed, explosivess, quickness, first step, agility, core, body control, lateral quickness, and stamina.

Scoring instincts- you either got it or you don't. The elite scorers just got it. Sure you get a volume touches guy like LeBron or a freak like Giannis but that's rare. The great ones want to score and just got that knack. He also has the rare trait to play efficiency without thinking about it. He just got that feel.

Rebounding- He is pure ability at this point, hes not a master like Rodman but he got the Rodman, 1st jump, 2nd jump and 3rd jump. He has a great feel around the basket, just feels the game extremely well but especially when getting boards.

Potential- he has very good BBIQ and elite work ethic. He had all of the ability and traits you need. His skills need more development and his technique is all around sloppy. Footwork gets tangle constantly. He is still learning to play within himself. But he has all of a traits to be an elite impact player offensively.

That's why hes my #1 prospect. Is he perfect? No. But he has time to learn like all of these kids.

Better off trading back and picking up assets. Too many question marks with MPJ. I'm not taking him top 3 over the other players with no injury history and plenty of college tape.

fukk that. nikkas said the same about Philly taking Embiid (minus the college tape part). A healthy porter is easily the most talented player in this draft. If the back injury don’t seem to have lingering effects in not trying to look back at passing on him and having a role player instead

I've made it before. I think they have some similarities. It's always hard to compare anyone to Vince. He had that Donovan Mitchell like jump when he landed in the NBA. He was a small ball 4 as a prospect before it was a thing. As a pro, he was an athletic freak who can get to the paint at will.

Saying that is what I see out of Bridges isnt fair to him or me. But as a prospect, I see similarities.

Porter Jr could end up being the best in this draft. It's possible but that's an extreme if.

I don’t know if he will be a consistent go to scorer in the nba. Just don’t see that and he’s not the best defender. I just see a solid player at best. Don’t know if I can pick that at 3

I just don’t agree Jeff Taylor was never that impressive in any way
