Don’t know if he will be able to consistently create his own shot at the next level. That’s the part I don’t see and all nba superstars have that ability. He’s a good shooter with high effort so he’s going to be solid just don’t see that next level in him
The same way he does it at Duke. That elite first step, explosiveness, agility, feel for the defense and rare ability. I think what you looking for is great or rare skill and he hasn't develop that yet. He is still getting by out of his insane athleticism and ability.

This draft isn't very deep at guard it seems. Most of the analyst top 15 have mostly bigmen and forwards.

A lot of people say Bagley is trash defensively, y’all think he can become competent or even a plus defender? I mean if Chris Bosh became one, sure as hell Bagley can given he’s a shorter version of Bosh with more explosiveness?
Bagley is the same height as Bosh. But Bosh has that 7'3 wingspan compared to Bagley 7 to 7'1 wingspan.

It depends. He got the ability. Tatum looked trash on defense at Duke and has been pretty good on D for Boston. Only time will tell. We can only say he has the athletic ability. He has to work on the rest.

Player comps & floor/ceilings are always hilarious to me.

7'2 defensive center
Ceiling - Dikembe Mutombo, Floor - Hasheem Thabeet

6'6 undersized power forward
Ceiling - Anthony Mason, Floor - Big Baby Davis

6'1 point guard
Ceiling - Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf, Floor - Chris Duhon
We should look at them more so for skill set type. Not actually the same player.

Exactly. He won’t be insanely athletic for nba standards tho. I don’t see him developing into a go to scorer. When I see Michael porter even in the games that he struggled coming back from injury if was able to get the exact shot he wanted every time. Make or miss that’s the biggest sign of next level superstardom for me.

His instincts are hideous.

Even in a zone where he had minimal responsibilities compared to what will be asked in the pros he has no idea what was going on

Jeff Taylor was really good he played his role very well.

Him and Landry Fields had sad fall offs, both of them looked like really good role players when they started out. They couldve carved out a Trevor Ariza type of career if they were focused

Landry Fields's nerve injury really fukked him over. He never should've tried to play through it, but he basically had to because Colangelo gave him a big contract and there was pressure on him to perform.

He’s an above average for being athletic by man standards. Insane athlete by nba standards is Westbrook, Lebron, Greek freaks. He’s not on that level of being athletic
He is literally insane athletically. At every category, he's elite athletically. Saying hes above average as if hes Bazemore or something is nonsense.

Mitchell Robinson has withdrawn from all NBA Combine activities, including his team interviews this afternoon, the league informed NBA executives. Unclear if he has a promise, or if he is simply preferring to avoid conducting interviews and a medical examination.
