He is literally insane athletically. At every category, he's elite athletically. Saying hes above average as if hes Bazemore or something is nonsense.

Bazemore is not above average as an athlete by today’s nba standards. I’m saying that he’s not going to be a franchise player based off of his athleticism. Hell Andrew Wiggins is an elite athlete but he’s not a go to scorer or franchise player

What if neither Sexton or Young is not a good fit for Orlando. Their best fit at PG would have been Ball or Doncic.

It's possible but they are gonna take the next best thing that's all they can do

They're loaded everywhere else but PG so they gonna take one, and given that they gave away Payton for free basically that tells me they don't want a similar PG. They invested a TON of time into Payton and it didnt pay off so I think they'll take an instant impact player in Young instead

Wendell Carter at 19 is already better offensively than Dwight Howard has been in his entire career. Wendell is nowhere near the athlete and defender Dwight was tho. I don't like the comparison. Did you watch Carter play?

Duke is my squad, I watched him play 12-14x this past season

They are both mechanical in the post and I mentioned Carter has a better J

Best thing that the Kings did in the 2016 draft was trade back with Phoenix and pick up Bogdan Bogdanovic and extra picks. I can't even be mad at Vlade for taking Papagiannis when he did. Vlade has his issues as GM but he's definitely gotten better year after year. He needs to hit a homerun this offseason. This is a crucial summer for the Kings going forward. Vlade has traded a draft pick the last 2 years during the draft so don't be surprised to see Sacramento move back from 2.

Wiggins really ain't that great of an athlete. He just quick twitch af. A great athlete is Westbrook. A great athlete is prime Wade. A great athlete is prime Dwight. A great athlete is prime Rose. They can run, first step, agile, jump, explosive, laterally fast. Those are great athletes. You just naming nikkas who jump high and dunk nice like Wiggins and LeVine

I agree on the first paragraph.

For Carter, as a college player, I didnt think there was much of a gap. As a pro prospect, there is a massive gap. Hes not just more athletic, hes an elite athlete at every athletic category. Carter is a solid athlete. I really feel Bagley is so athletic, it makes everyone around him not look athletic when those around him are all athletic. Carter biggest issue is he not the passer he needs to be to reach his potential. I keep saying it, he could be a better version of Brook Lopez.

When I think of Brook, I think of his touch on jumpers.

They really only loaded at forward. They are weak at SG and SF. At center, none of them nikkas legit starters in today's NBA

Wiggins is also a very explosive player but he’s a very overrated dunker to me given how athletic he is. I never mentioned lavine. Wiggins is an elite athlete but I will give you that bagley has a much better motor than Wiggins ever has even thought of showing.

And on bazemore maybe my standards are too high because athletic wise bazemore is a dime a dozen. Probably could easily find nikkas in the g league who trumps him athletically.

Ayton never had to give a fukk. Bagley don't have to give a fukk. Etc

If you know you're one of the top picks before the season starts, then defense isn't gonna be on your mind. Especially when you already secured the bag from agents and alumni or whatever. Guards get tested nightly and can get legit embarrassed - it'll always be different for them. But big guys? Its a positive that they play defense in college.... but enough guys have gone to the league and COMPLETELY changed how they interpret defense that I'll no longer hold it against it a guy who's physically able but simply refuses to play defense at the NCAA level.

Unless you went to Syracuse. Then you ain't ever gonna be shyt on the defensive end of the ball
