Last years all star game was bad for TNT, nothing but bashing the product all weekend. The NFL has the same problem with the pro bowl but you couldn’t tell because the commentators aren’t talking about how bad this is. That’s the difference.

And some people think that shyt was cool :mjlol:

Imagine if Ryan Clark or someone said that about the Falcons-Raiders game. Goodell would have had him fired at halftime :russ:
Y'all be so disingenuous sucking the NFL dikk. I've seen plenty of analysts shyt on the NFL slate of games with no problems. I listen to the Mina Kimes pod who is prominently featured on ESPN and she was saying how garbage last week's slate of games were. Early in the year there were countless segments about how bad the quality of play was and how teams need to take the preseason more seriously because quality of play was so bad. There were Tom Brady segments on every show about Tom Brady's comments about how the game has been dumbed down for today's QBs and how they aren't learning how to run offense due to gimmick offenses.

The only ones in denial are the ones who believe the NBA is dying.

Here are some basic facts for you:

- NBA fans have increased in this country since 2019
- NBA is bigger globally than it's ever been
- NBA is the most followed sports league across all SM platforms in the world.

The only ones doing the gaslighting are cats like you who want everyone else to be miserable just like y'all are.
I've seen you make this statement before, I'm just curious where you are getting the stats from. Not at all saying you're wrong.

I love Inside The NBA, and agree it’s the most entertaining sports show hands down, but there definitely is some truth to this. It even goes beyond calling games boring and/or not knowing who plays for what team, this show is also responsible (partly) for the ring talk discussion that’s gotten out of hand today. Shaq is the worst offender of this by far. Ever since he showed up to Inside The NBA, the conversation always breaks down to “I got 4 rings, you can’t say nothin to me”. Every other segment on that show eventually has Shaq and Kenny reminding Chuck that he never won shyt. It’s mostly all fun and games, but when you combine that with the lack of player knowledge and calling some games that air on TNT as “boring” or “trash”, they’re inadvertently trashing the product, and the regular season.

Don’t get me wrong, the ESPN shows also devolve into ring talk too, but Inside The NBA is the most popular show, and people take that show much more seriously than First Take or NBA Today.
