I hit up Doo Wop about buying a NODJ copy of Sosa Vs The State, he asked me to clarify what track I meant, then never responded after I’d sent the YouTube link to his mixtape version. Was trying to do o it for the team, LOL

I just hit him up too. He said he wouldn't even begin to know where to look since it was so long ago. He said he'd send it to me if he ever came across it, but I'm guessing it's buried forever unfortunately....

Appreciate the effort! It's crazy, because his version is the ONLY time I've ever heard it... It was on a Statik Selektah mixtape once, but it was obviously taken from Doo Wop's version.

@shawntitan Yo! It’s time to revive this thread. Let’s hit up some of these DJs again for some of this Colombia Nas music. Went down memory lane and pumped that old Nas unreleased during this fukkin shelter in place. Damn! So much quality just setting there collecting dust. Producers getting props playing snippets of Unreleased Nas work, which seems like the best way to win (throw on unreleased Nas or Jay). Anyway, I got the feeling that we got all the time ever going to get out of those Columbia vaults. That’s unless these DJs don’t mind putting shyt out.

Nas did that track on JD's 1472 album....also was in a session with JD to record for Monica's 'I Got To Have It'.....might've been during one of those sessions

I’ve got no twitter, but someone with some twitter clout, start hitting these DJ’s, see if we can get any unreleased/better versions of some of these gems... anyone tried J Love? He always had great Nas and Mobb tracks, maybe he’d be ready to drop some NODJ stuff in better quality?!?
