What's up with Nas constantly and always forgetting and messing up madd lyrics on stage? Like why hasn't this been addressed by Jungle or Steve Stoute or somebody else close to him who can bring it up without getting fired, lol. When I saw him in Virginia on the 14th he literally forgot lyrics on EVERY SINGLE SONG he performed, I'm not exaggerating. And not just like a slight misstep, like he botched whole half a bars. On "One Mic" he messed up more lyrics than he remembered. I think they just run the original song in his in-ears while he's performing, like he's just doing karaoke to his own shyt so when he messes up he can pick it back up shortly after. The weird thing is it didn't fukk up the energy, lol, us in the crowd knew his lyrics way better than him.

I think he writes songs in a way that isn’t natural or easy to be performed live.

I think other artists at aware what they can perform live easily and craft their songs around that

I think for Nas the song writing and recording/execution in the right way is more important than being able to perform it live or at least performing it live is an afterthought

Also nas seems a nonchalant and laid back guy as a performer
