After a few listens I like Simple Things, Adam and Eve and Cops Shot The Kid and even those aren’t great to me. Maybe I need to keep listening and it will grow on me but after a few listens all this made me want to do is listen to Pusha’s album

It didn’t hit me like a conventional Nas album

There is no concept

No story telling track

The typical features from his inner circle

It’s literally just seven great records with Nas rapping over great production...

As a fan this is what I’ve been campaigning for... for years at that

This is his most cohesive project in almost 10 years..
