Still the best album since its dropped.

Not by a mile.

I enjoy the album but it’s only 9songs. When it’s that short it’s gotta be near perfect, no skip. It’s not.

I’d say 3 somgs are elite: Speechless, Wu for the children, dedicated

3 are dope: Ugly, wave gods, Hollywood gangsta

3 are just ok: meet Joe black, 40-16, the truth

That’s not enough to beat out Pusha’s album, or even a Kendrifk album with a similar amount of skips. Kendrick album got skips but it’s way deeper, way more content and high level songs

1. All 9 tracks on Magic are great. And Pusha's album is def one of the best this year (2022) but it's not better than Magic. Kendrick's album is a skip fest. Give me a concise, no-skip 9 track album over 9 good tracks out of 19. As a perfect example of that... Lupe's album >>> Kendrick's.

Sooo just any Nas track is classic? Stop it. If you a Nas fan you can admit that sometimes the hype, uptempo tracks aren’t his lane. He can do it —-KD2 Rare, Nas is Good—-but on Magic i didn’t get enough of that. They aren’t bad, they just ain’t great.

So if it’s hype gritty get amped tracks he’s not winning that battle w/ Push album. No sir

Where Nas is at his best and untouchable is when he has a topic, when he on his nostalgia. Wu for the children, dedicated…. (Store Run, Moments, Nobody). Magic isn’t that type album

Truth is a aight song…that’s it. The beat is decent, the bars are decent. There is nothing special about that song. Not by Nas standards
