I cant believe I agree with Bdot..

Im never one to really switch Nas new albums up over his old, but these last 3 have solidly climbed the ladder in his discography chart with me. Magic is number 4 on my list..

There's a docu where Questlove says he didn't like Dre's "The Chronic" sonically speaking, beacause it was too crisp/clean and well mixed

Rick Rubin had the same problem. Anything that hasn't been stripped down a hundred times with Heart samples is too clean for him.

Game makes FIRE albums and Hit-Boy crafts beats specifically for Nas; Game wouldn’t be “taking” anything away from Nas and i think both Game and Hit-Boy would be insulted by the implication
