This is interesting.. I feel like this is the 1st time you've gave us a look into how Nas and his team view things. Very interesting piece of information. I was shocked that Brunch on Sundays video didn't have higher views especially with the Lebron cameo and the song actually sounding good. To be completely honest I think Nas does himself a disservice not going on promo runs for great bodies of work which KD2 and Magic is. I think that promo run for KD1 helped. A lot of older fans find out about this stuff thru Breakfast club interviews and stuff like that. It would be especially cool if he did promo runs after the 1st week or 2. He'll always have 1st week hype so start it a few weeks after.

yeh he defo isn’t the most animated haha but compared to a lot of these reactions he actually gives some insights and good takes on the beats and lyrics. Lot of other brehs bop their head but barely catch any lines

Budden also theorizes that the reason you're seeing Nas in this zone is on his own label and hes free of political BS.
