have nas even looked at kayne for beats again since?:patrice:

I doubt Kanye would ever sabotage Nas. He’s a Nas stan and has said multiple times that Nas is his favorite rapper.

It was simply lack of planning and narcissism. If you listen to Kanye speaking about the album, he truly acts like he gave Nas a classic. Like he BELIEVES that shyt whole heartedly.

I actually like Nasir for what it is, I listen to it regularly, but there’s no doubt that it SHOULD have been better. Kanye was on that bullshyt and the only album that didn’t suffer from it during that era was the one that he actually spent TIME crafting, which was Daytona.

Hell I think if you gave Kanye and Nas a MONTH in the studio together, you’d get a stone cold classic. Instead Kanye wanted to play MAGA Superman and fumbled.

Stillmatic-era Nas would've aired Kanye out for that borderline saboteur shyt
Musically Nasir wasn’t what it should have been but business wise it was still a great move by Nas and Kanye because it helped Nas get out of his Def Jam contract. That along with Lost Tapes 2 which had some really dope cuts but also had a couple of misfires, gave Nas his independence so I dont think Nas would be mad at all.

Wasnt this around the same time he made his infamous "slavery was a choice comments?:mjlol: Between sucking off Trump, dealing with the Kardashians, doing his fashion shyt and working on all those GOOD Music albums, he had a lot on his plate at that time. Should've just been upfront with Nas and told him "Sorry GOAT, I won't be able to give you the full attention your project needs":ehh:
