Freddie Gibbs is a clown of the HIGHEST order but he’s never to date disrespected Nas.

Freddie might never have dissed Nas but dude be all over Twitter running his mouth against people he was supposed to be cool with and fukking up the bag, and he got smacked up and did nothing, which lines up with what Nas was saying in the track.

Could be just Nas seeing clown behaviour and sending a sub.

I mean Nas ain’t always need someone to diss him first, Cam, Nore, Prodigy, Nelly. Sometimes Nas just see some shyt he don’t like and call it out.

I was just saying it wasn’t a result of Freddie ever publicly disrespecting Nas. Freddie has said several times that Nas is one of the best and he loves Nas.

Yeah Nas been extended the olive branch a couple times and Pete still acting like a fukkboy. And I say this as someone who copped the Petestrumental joints.

As a youngster I always wondered why CL stopped fukking with PR but over the years I’ve come to understand it. It ain’t just Nas and CL either, Pete just a grimey dude. Surprised he ain’t snaked Primo yet

Nas has always rapped about black history and black excellence. There are bars spread out across Magic 2 thats on the same subject matter. Nas is just in an era of his career where he’s releasing at a much higher clip so we’ll be getting whatever mind state he’s in over the course of a much shorter time period. KD2 was chalk FULL of knowledge and black history references. Less so for Magic and KD3 because he was touring (which means less time for reading and researching) and now with Magic 2 he’s been going to lots more industry events/parties/and the such and he’s been FINALLY getting the credit and respect he deserves from the media so of course this era would be more bragaddoucious and celebratory

Yeah but the pyramids criticisms thing came from I Can era... It's like the moon and the stars complaints... when he doesn't have that many moon and stars bars.

Seeing them perform the World is Yours one my favorite moments at a Nas show. Premo DJing them doing the Pete vs Premier intermission. If you not feeling the shyt just fall back. nikka makes himself look fukkin stupid

Been listening to it more, it's good for what it is. I'm still more of a Kings Disease fan but guess we will have to sit with this one til then. Abracadabra is my favorite track on here for him rapping more uptempo, And Pistols On Your Album Cover.
