Am I only one that has I AM and Street's Disciple in the 4/4.5 Mics tier :lupe:

but has Distant Relatives, Untitled and Nasir in the 3/3.5 Mic tier :patrice:

Please do your self favor and listen to that album again...The Marley brothers produced the shyt of out that album.Ziggy Marley underrated producer :wow:..Damien Marley was like 91 Jordan bulls with them soulful hooks and lyrics...Nas only had to show up...thats how much amzing it was..of course Nas bodied most of the songs on it too..Top 3-4 Nas produced album of all time...No filler songs or lines wasted on that album:wow:

Why do we care what Pitchfork has to say about hip hop?

The discussion is interesting. They're not just talking about Pitchfork but going back to the source awards and how Nas never got the recognition and theorizing why that was. Hot97 attempting to rig the phone votes during the Jay wars. Getting his first grammy only last year, etc.

Not just about Pitchfork.

Everyday I have a new favorite track. Today it’s 40 side. That’s how for me, I know this is a certified classic.

It was Composure and The Bible the other day, today it's Rare

Store Run was on repeat for a bit, now it's Composure.

I hope I don't get tired of this album soon, it's too damn good :mjcry:

Facts. Buncha Pete Rock ass nikkas :hhh:

They need to just accept that there’s never gonna be an IWW Sequel & illmatic 2.

Nas absolutely fukking DELIVERS over modern production and all these younger dudes on the feats SLAP. KD & KD2 my favourite shyt in years. I LOVE the sound Nas is going with now. Dude has a good balance of older and newer feats so there is something for everyone. Man got Lauryn Hill SPITTING on KD2. Why tf people complaining? Nas putting out AMAZING music in 2021. Which 90’s artists is still doing that besides Nas? (In before Hov Stans bum rush the thread.)

If you consider yourself a Nas fan and you ain’t fukking with LT3, KD, KD2 have a word with yourself and go bump the older shyt. Nas made a song for yall Stuck in the 90’s heads on Life is Good. SMH people are never happy. Just be happy that a dude who been in the game as long as Nas has is still putting out Consistent and Quality music.

EPMD track has really grown on me, Em's verse could have been shorter thats still a given and his content more cohesive but its a good track.
Wish Edub n Parish had a more bars.
There just something about placement of Count on me is in that just gets u in the zone....:whoo:

Unfortunately, he is right. I don't agree with his review, but all this being upset over a review to the point of posting pics of the reviewer and clashing with him on Twitter is extra. Before he reviewed King's Disease II, I doubt anyone was going out of their way to post pictures of him and slam a review that he wrote. He went from anonymity to people knowing who he was overnight because he gave Nas a 6.1 score.

Ya'll be giving power to people who otherwise have no influence.

Fanboys going too far because one man didn't like what they like with the same intensity. That shyt is corny. It's one man's opinion and it doesn't detract from your enjoyment. Just keep it moving.

Call a black man a fakkit and a c00n for not liking a Nas album:snoop:

He influenced Nas’ critical rating with a troll review. That’s why people are mad. Cause it wasn’t even a fair review. He drops Nas’ critical score down like 6 points over some bullshyt. His LONE review did that. He’s a person. But he wrote for a big publication. And when u search up the album on google. That review is literally the FIRST thing people see. There’s definitely influence in that.
