This obsession with hyper focusing on Nas beats is one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen in hip hop. It goes beyond not liking beats and instead seems to center on the kind of beats Nas is “supposed” to be on. No matter the project, out of the woodworks you’re gonna get grown man remixing his albums with their own beats or refusing to listen because of the production credits but still commenting and making thesis statements on why the beats are wrong for Nas and all kinds of other weird shyt.
