dude, you sound more emotional about than the people actually involved
Exactly... Napoleon love living out there I see
dude, you sound more emotional about than the people actually involved
Huh? He’s told his story through interviews. Other people that were there have told their version of the story in interviews. Now he put his story into music, because thats what artists do.
He’s at peace.Exactly... Napoleon love living out there I see
True I think Pete Rock (Retropolitan), ALC (Alfredo&TPOTIC) and Madlib (Bandana) have dropped stellar projects recently. I ouldnt mind a Nas project with either of hose guys. I do however fell they probably couldn’t give Nas this variety. Hit-Boy managed to give Nas west coast beat, dilla style beat, organize noize type beat, Kanye type beat, a Pete rock type beat and even a cardo type beat and all with high marks.
Based on what scenario? I don’t see any stories about jungle busting his guns at Deathrow
I said the whole Deathrow camp was in NY hence them not giving a fukk about any supposed threat.
You saw what happened when bad boy came out to LA. That’s how they got down. Not no shouting in the park.
All yall old heads need to get out of your feelings. No fukkin shyt Sherlock, we all know this, he told his story In the interviews, and we all heard the interviews. All I'm saying you had the chance earlier in your career to drop it in a song. I think the timing is off. Let the Dead Rest In Peace it's already bringing up Ill feelings from fans on West Coast and East Coast on Twitter, don't bring up old dark spirits
Man cut the bullshyt out he said Rest In PeaceLiterally a million times. He even spoke on Ill Will on this album.
Most people didn’t actually read what I wrote regarding the producers.
I gave Pete Rock props for the excellent production he gave Nas on LT2. Guess what? The entire project got absolutely shytTED on. And this was Nas literally GIFTING nikkas what they’d begged, bytched, and demanded from him since Illmatic.
I said Alchemist is really just a vanilla Madlib and I stand by that. Everything Alch does Madlib can do better. And again, when Nas GAVE muthafukkas the Alchemist reunion they claim they craved, it wasn’t fully supported or praised.
Madlib did a whole project with two legends. A reunion album thats been pleaded for for YEARS and its been held up because the goddamn producer can’t remember which samples he used THATS the kind bullshyt you want a Nas album caught up in? Naw.
The point is that when Nas moves forward, on HIS own terms, he succeeds more often than naught. Hit Boy gave Nas exactly what he needed and Nas was correct in going with that feeling instead of simply pandering to the trapped in the 90’s nikkas
These two did decent reactions. There’s another duo of Hispanic brehs who know their hip hop. They went crazy for KD1. Not seen them react yet to KDII
Chill outwhy does every song on a Nas album have to be great for it to be a classic?
There’s 4/5 skippable songs on The Black Album, Chronic, Wu Forever, Get Rich Die Trying, The Diary, ATLiens, etc
Who u quotingMan cut the bullshyt out he said Rest In Peace
Y'all doing to much, I can't stand grown ass Men who are groupies and stans.
As a Nas fan I can be critical when y'all Grown ass Men who Nas would walk past In real life if you try to shake his hand feel some type of loyalty too more than your own girl
Okay back to the album I'm on Count Me In, my favorite track so far
That shyt u said about Alc just ain’t true. nikkas need to chill wit the Alc disrespect. There’s certain shyt Madlib can do better than Alc for sure. But there’s other shyt Alc can do better than Madlib. Madlib ain’t got a We Gon Make It.Most people didn’t actually read what I wrote regarding the producers.
