Nas too talented to be able to do this in 2021

sounds so fresh. How can you make this many classic albums

no ones better at putting albums together. F the pop shyt

That's the hardest part. Nas rappin like he did on EPMD2 and Zone Out are easy. The hard part and harnessing that into an album. Large Pro taught Nas not to rap like Lupe/Em for albums but to make cohesive songs and albums cause people won't feel that rappity rap shyt for too long. Bet songs like Moments take alot out of him emotionally

Lupe CAN and HAS made cohesive songs. He’s made entire concept albums that were extremely cohesive and brilliantly executed. He only ever went left because he was tired of the mainstream and Atlantic dikking his career around.

But he’s definitely proven he can make excellent albums worth of material. Hell he did it his FIRST TWO tries at bat

Nas is levels ahead still

Nas n jay is the correct answer
They gon be neck n neck till grave

444 was dope

And if y'all think jay about to drop some weak shyt n let Nas further distance himself, y'all not paying attention

FNL was good but The Cool was half ass to me. Comes off as a try hard like he's purposely tryna be "different"

Jay's my favorite rapper ever, but after LT2, KD, and especially KD2....I dunno.

I thought Jay had the better albums in the mid-stages of their careers, but I kind of think Nas has pulled ahead in recent years. Unpopular opinion, but I really didn't think Jay sounded that smooth on Written Testimony, and I think Nas is in a really dope creative space. Nas has also been releasing a lot more music than Jay in recent years.
