Didn’t see it ranked high on any year end list for best album. This is why I’m putting money on Alfredo taking the Grammy.

Lol again Critical Acclaim has almost NO bearing on Grammy wins. If that were the case Nas would’ve won in 2013 for Life Is Good. Which was the most acclaimed album of the nominees.

Popularity and sales are what historically go into Rap Grammy wins. Nas is the highest selling of all the 2021 nominees and the most popular name

Also Complex, Soul In Stereo, Hip Hop DX, and Billboard have all placed King’s Disease amongst their best albums of 2020

if you look at the nominees it’s obvious that it’s quality>>>>quantity this year. So Alfredo being the most critically claimed rap album this year I’m putting my money on it. I haven’t seen any media outlet rate KD over Alfredo.

Nas dropped FIVE videos for Life Is Good. Can’t make a video out of every damn song lol.

Cherry Wine was the “for the ladies” single/video and that was the right choice

He should have still made one imo, the video he made in queens “Queens Story” was very much needed but was so hood I barely count it lol, You Wouldn’t Understand had true crossover appeal, and it would have done wonders for Vic Monet who is very talented.

A lot of people just don't really get Nas. His albums aren't going to resonate with people who are used to getting an album, go straight to the single, then skim it for other bangers. With Nas, you gotta start at track 1 and let it ride. You might find yourself skipping some songs, but the songs that stick, they really stick. Even the songs that might've been just aiight the first go round, end up being favorites. His music ages really well outside of Nastradamus. I would say Nasir too, but it is still relatively new.
