B.Dot put up his top 10 rappers of
the year and had Nas at number 7.
Freddie Gibbs was number 1.
I personally think Kings Disease is a no
brainer for that grammy but people love that Gibbs project.. I listened to it and I flatout don't like it.

I haven’t listened to the Gibbs album and I don’t like it

I value your opinion just as much as I value his. Why should his matter any more? Lol, never understood it.

Having a platform doesn't = expertise, it just means more people hear your personal opinion. In conclusion, you don't gotta post what B Dot said, lol. I thought you was talking about B Dot the battle rapper to be honest...I'd value his opinion on rap shyt more than this guy's.

The Gibbs album is VERY dope but it ain’t touching Nas. Gibbs on Alfredo is pretty one dimensional. Its GOOD no doubt, but one dimensional. Nas was hitting on several topics/themes on Kings Disease. Conceptually Kings Disease is light years ahead. Gibbs on his best day ain’t fukking with Car 85 or 27 Summers or Ten Points or The Cure.

Lot of people roasting him for putting Russ on their off one ep, but Im surprised he didnt have Pop Smoke on there or Boldy James (he got Stove God) who had 3 of the bet projects of the year

Gibbs and the Griselda guys I get their placement in the top 3

Wayne shouldnt have been there, yeah he dropped 3 projects but they kinda came and went

Maybe I didn't convey the point I was trying to make clearly.. I posted that as an example of the type of momentum the Alfredo album has out here. I'm hoping Nas gets it but everybody from fans to critics love this weak album.

If King's Disease doesn't win then Gibbs should get it, they did Bandana dirty last year.

I know this album is great because you could've named every single track as your favorite and I would've been :ehh:

Mine is either TILL THE WAR IS WON or FULL CIRCLE...or THE CURE.
Til the war is won is my second favorite. Hit boy really laced Nas. Hope Nas wins the Grammy this is a great grown hip hop album

From what I can tell, B Dot fukks with Nas so I doubt it was a slight. Maybe that's just how he felt.

I didn't care for Alfredo, but I'm not a Gibbs fan at all. I liked Boldy's album a lot more and it's probably in my top two this year.

Honestly, that whole lane of underground goon rap is getting kind of stale to me at this point. Boldy is the only one that did something interesting with it this year imo.
