No one has been this great at this stage of their career. It's really unprecedented.

:comeon: That song fit in as much as Lamar Odom did at the Mavs. That shyt was completely out of left field. Maybe the song itself didn't sound forced, but it being on the album was forced.

How does "Summer On Smash" seem forced when "Reach Out" is on the same cd?

Do you hate this man because he dropped around the same time as Ross or do you have a legitimate reason?

The fukk type reasoning is that first of all? Why would I hate on someone for dropping an album around the same time as Ross:heh:

Overall I like Life Is Good, but this shyt is starting to get mad overrated at this point. I don't think it is a classic at all. I don't think it is even the best album this year. I understand why people like this album, but you nikkas are FORCING this album on people at this point.

I don't feel that way. People gotta realize that in this day and age in 2012, if you're signed to a major record label, expect to have at least 3 songs of or relating to a commercial sound. Summer on Smash was necessary for the album, just like The Don & Nasty. It just fukked up the flow because it was right after World's An Addiction, whereas it should have been included right after or before The Don/Reach Out/Nasty.
ppl like u exist breh?

:dwillhuh:

That track don't fit nowhere on the album

The only thing I hated about Reach Out was as someone else mentioned before on another thread, did we really need another Ike's Theme sample? Granted the song is not a bad song, and fits in with the rest of the album considering it's a 90's themed record. It's just as relevant to the album as Loco-Motive, or the scratching on A Queens Story, or even the Guy sample on Bye Baby. The Ike's Theme sample is some 80's/90's shyt so it's in harmony with the overall theme, it's just a redundent sample IMO.

Summer On Smash can be placed right next to You Owe Me.

How? If someone were to say Pirates was a weak track and didn't belong on the album I wouldn't come up with all types of excuses for it and say it belonged or something. Summer on Smash is unanimously considered to be a wack track to everyone, but these die hard stans. A bad song is a bad song. I'm not built like you stans:stopitslime:
