I hope they never stop. Why wouldnt you want a great artist hungry, inspired, and feeling creative? :childplease:

Better than Hit-Boy beats. As if Alchemist still isn't fire? :childplease:

Alchemist ain’t giving Nas the fire Hit Boy has. And if he was capable guess what? Nas would have worked with him. He didn’t. He chose Hit Boy, and it was for a reason. Apparently a GREAT reason considering all of the success and critical acclaim.

Go run up them Boldy James streams if you like Alchemist so much

Shyt cringeworthy as hell and makes him sound like an actual 50 year old. Nas is an artist that is better off not trying to adapt to newer trends cause he isn't going to earn any new fans doing that and he is still elite at rapping in "his" style.
Huh? The fukk you talking about? The double time flow is older than Nas career. It ain’t a new thing. The beats is updated but cats had that flow in the late 80s. Nas been had double time songs since the late 90s. It ain’t new to him

I love Alchemist, but this shyt gotta stop.

Al could have a whole gang of beats but if it don’t inspire Nas to write, we get nothing. The good thing about the Hit-Boy partnership is they got that chemistry that lets Nas feel comfortable to just go at it.

It’s just like P felt with Alc. and at that time they was saying P should lock it in with Hav. But P caught a different vibe with Alc that allowed him to make some incredible shyt. That’s an important part that people keep overlooking. Nas and Hit got a good chemistry that produces dope art.

Nas and Primo said a bunch of times they wanted to record but just ended up hanging out in the studio. Nas and Salaam Remi had a good vibe for recording but alot of it never seen the light of day.

He went six years without an album and now he’s making it up with a VENGEANCE

He said himself he ain’t stopping until he feels the love.

With Magic 2 he’s getting the most organic positive press since Life Is Good. Proving that once again Nas is the only one whose ever known whats best for HIS career.

So if he wants to make KD7 and Magic 5 over the course of the next 5 years then bring it on. Hit Boy has him sounding inspired, refreshed, and CONSISTENT in his release schedule in a manner NO other producer ever has. Hit Boy’s versatility has proven he can successfully dip his toes in any kind of production style, which means Nas gets what he’s always wanted, to NOT make the same album twice. These are two BLACK MEN from different coasts, different generations, and different walks of life. Who were able to come together and create a momentum that led to success and critical acclaim. Thats more important than Nas working with Alchemist. More impressive than Nas working with DJ Premier. More challenging than Nas working with Pete Rock. More iconic than Nas working with “insert stuck in the 90’s producer”.

The man’s literally doing whats NEVER been done before. Releasing event albums at FIFTY YEARS OLD. I think at this point its high time we let Nas just do Nas. Nobody has EVER done it better so who the fukk are we to question his moves?

Event albums :laff:

You want to kiss Nas so bad
