If chakra alone determined strength Naruto woulda been a beast from jump. Chakra is more like stamina than technique or strength.

They're not really comparable. Tailed Beasts are massive beings. They're SUPPOSED to be strong.

A human's strength in Naruto comes from training and taijutsu ability. You can amplify that, but that has more to do with jutsu use than chakra levels. Hell, Tsunade's strength is essentially a jutsu itself, as it has everything to do with chakra control and release at the point of impact, and not pure strength.

All chakra is is a reservoir for jutsu's, converted from the body's stamina. There's not much direct correlation between strength and chakra levels.

I'm thinking Madara might not disappear.

Remember, it was Muu that summoned Madara, not Kabuto. I'm thinking that only the zombies summoned by Kabuto will disappear. It would be kind of anticlimactic if Madara did just disappear.

my guess is Madara kills a few of the Kages but Garaa,Raikage(maybe)and Tsnade live but are unconscious.

He goes on to fight Tobi for what would seem to be him double crossing him and doing the Moons Eye plan on his own, either he actually fights him while Naruto and the rookie 9 watch or Naruto with help of the rookie 9 defeat Tobi and the real Madara tries to take Bee and Naruto.

Man, I just feel like we have too much unfinished business with Madara for him to just disappear. We still don't know:

1. What Madara's connection is with Tobi
2. How he survived his fight with the 1st Hokage
3. What he did after that
4. Who came up with the Moon's Eye Plan (Madara mentioned it too; so I'm not sure if it was his idea or Tobi's)
5. How Madara got the Rinnegan in the 1st place?
6. What Madara's relationship is with Nagato/Akatsuki (remember, he was expecting Nagato to revive him)

Madara has lots of unfinished storyline business. I just kind of feel like that needs to be resolved before he disappears from the story.
