I know this is an old ass post but Naruto is like Floyd Mayweather. Yeah, he maybe a dumbass in real life. But in a fight he is dangerous and his fight IQ is high as fukk.People must've forgot that even tho Naruto is retarded as a person, on the battlefield he had a special talent/genius that others couldn't match.
We being real, when it came to the young Konoha shinobi, on the battlefield only Shikamaru and Sasuke are naturally smarter than Naruto, but he developed the aptitude to learn through fighting and that aided him numerous times throughout this entire series.The nerve of nikkas to challenge Young Uzi's greatness while plot armor is the only reason Sauce is even alive right now.
I like the Uchiha's but since the Shipudden they've been seriously just given ridiculous hex powers out of nowhere. And they didn't even earn it. There was a time when the Hyuga clan(or at least the Byakugan) were said to be more powerful. Now the Uchihas have all these silly ass hex powers. And whats crazy is that Sasuke never EARNED the right to be equal to naruto at the end of the series. I hated that part. We never seen Sasuke train as hard as Naruto nor fight the crazy ass people like Naruto. Naruto beat pain. Who did Sasuke beat that was on some next level by himself? A flabby and sick Danzo? The writer out of nowhere made Sasuke equal to Naruto so he wouldnt get left behind.Uchiha fans are the worst.They can't just like the Uchiha, they have to try an down play all the other characters in the series.
I havent watched Boruto but I expect the Sasuke to be even more overpowered.
I don't even think Itachi would have won either.

They weren't equal tho.. Sasuke had the Rinnegan and the chakra of all 9 of the tailed beasts and he couldn't kill Naruto. I think it's pretty clear that Naruto is/was greater than Sasuke.

I agree. Even if you look at the fight with Itachi and Sasuke vs Kabuto.. Sasuke looks like a complete rookie.
The writers and Hagoromo were hinting at that tho. But I get what you mean. The fact that Naruto was holding back in their fight shows who had more power.
lol. Itachi was CARRYING that fight. Like I said Sasuke NEVER beat anyone in the Naruto verse of noteworthy by himself. Hell, even during the Chunin exams Sasuke never beat anyone of note. He got whipped by Rock Lee meanwhile Naruto BEAT Neji and Gaara who both outclassed Lee(I'll admit we never seen Neji vs 6 gates Lee).
This thread is one of the FEW threads I will NERD OUT in on the Coli. Thats how much I love this damn series. Anyways, I'm so glad at the end Naruto ended up with Hinata. fukk Sakura.
