Even with Minato being surprised that Naruto can use Senjutsu like Jiraiya?

Even with Minato asking for Naruto's help to use sage chakra Obito...even though he could have done it himself all along?

Even tho the times Naruto was training to use sage chakra, not ONCE was Minato even mentioned, even tho, like Naruto, he can use the perfect form for Senjutsu?

Funny thing is, it didn't even have to be bullshyt! Given Minato is Jiraiya's student it should make perfect sense that Minato knows Senjutsu, but in brilliant Kishimoto fashion he shows that Minato doesn't use it repeatedly...only to give it to him because 'stuff'.

I think Minato couldn't mix the kyubbi chakra and sage chakra thus asking for Naruto's assistance (if that page was after Naruto was able to mix I foret what chapter that was). I think he perfected the sage mode the same way he was able control the kyubbi.
