Not sure. I'm guess its Sakura since its an outline of the military uniform and comes after Sasuke seeing Naruto's power. We see his Mom earlier in the chapter wearing civilian clothes.

How is it back during the chunin exams, sharingan meant you could read your opponents every move before they even made them, but now that shyt is just decoration?

How is it that back when Gai and Kakashi first fought Itachi, they couldn't even look into his eyes, or it would be an Instant L, but Obito and Madara got the perfect ocular jutsu and that shyt is doing them no help.

How is it when Pain had the Rinnegan, they used the six paths techniques with chakra absorbtion, that life/death demon, the gravity jutsu... but now Obito and Madara got all these perfect ocular jutsu, they still fighting like regular ass nikkas?

Some of this can be explained. Even though some of the explanations may be ass.

Sharingan reading moves ... they were just following a person quicker and predicting shyt..... these hokage and the raikage are to quick for that... remember when Raikage kept his lightning chakra at full and literally kept his eyes down but still dodged everything sasuke sent at him.

That rinnegan shyt ....... I mean you would think that all they need is that push pull jutsu shyt which was AWESOME but Naruto swagged on Pain anyway ..

Madara got it all, but the first is fast and a damn near God.
The boy obito got a bunch of jutsu but Naruto got sage mode and a demon inside him so he can bust free from genjutsu.
