How about you take accountability for the fact that your heroine couldn't connect with people. Bernie had no bearing on her election. Yes, many of his supporters did not vote for her but many Bernie voters wouldn't have voted for her anyway because their's a contingent of Bernie voters who have abstained from voting because they don't like the mild brand of progressivism that the Democrats and especially Hilary Clinton represent. There's a reason why America has had low voter turnouts with the exception of the Obama years and that's because their's a contingent of people on the left and right who feel like their issues don't get represented by the narrow two party system. You can criticize that all you want but it is what it is but Bernie endorsed your homegirl and it couldn't do anything to get them to vote for her because they don't like HER. This statement that you put up is clearly talking about the resistance against Trump and the Alt Right. Your making it seem like this tweet was reminscent of Trump's tweet claiming where he bragged about being right about not endorsing Moore in the primaries. Not once did Bernie say "I" "My" or "Me" in his statement.

he's a northern huey long. all his ideals work great in his head and in long's case in practice, as long as he doesn't have to deal with the race issue because that would scare off the white racists he so desperately wants seeing the greatness of his vision and voting for his causes. it worked in the 20-30's south for obvious reasons, but not today. i deal with the world as it is, not what i wish it would be. you ignore too many major issues when you deal in fantasy.
Calling him a northern Huey Long is giving him too much credit. :hubie: Other than that I agree with this post.

Anyway I have no problem with criticizing Sanders, but as expected this thread was made under false pretenses.

Kind of hard to document legitimate criticisms of Sanders, and he has plenty, when certain people constantly spam rubbish.

Why create fake grievances when the real ones haven't been exhausted? :russell:

Yes, white racist voters voted for Trump. What's your point. Hilary lost more votes but if you want to talk about the area's where she lost it was clearly in white working class states. Before you say oh those were all racist states. Many of those white working class states were blue states. SHE fukkED UP!!!

No fan of the flower avi gang, but Bernie supported Woodfin's campaign.

Woodfin's win is a coup for national progressive groups that backed him, including the Working Families Party and Our Revolution, the legacy organization of Sen. Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign. Sanders personally endorsed Woodfin and recorded a robocall for him on Monday. (Sanders' endorsement reflects the changing nature of the political landscape following the November presidential election: Woodfin backed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during her 2016 primary battle with Sanders, eventually becoming her Alabama state director.)"
:laff:

Let's keep OPs Bernie threads here. Eventually people will fill in here to have a discourse about him instead of just posting biased tweets from Hillary trolls.

Like Bannon.
Why do you disagree with the idea that the hundreds of billions of dollars being spent waging war against muslims in their own land would be better spent in urban reinvigoration for predominantly black cities? :leostare:
