I think what would be nicer too would be having funds invested in our heavy populated cities and towns and trying to set up patrol groups like the Shomrim in NYC. Also look into the black discrimination across all police units country wide and issues fines and penalties to those units who have the most complaints and discriminatory issues towards black Americans hit them in there pockets.

This presupposes that you can temper the racist bloodlust of an officer who stops you by acting in a courteous and respectable fashion. It’s a dangerous bit of “advice” that would get many black people killed if they followed it.

If Bernie Sanders was a good white man, he would've answered the question, I personally see fit a new laws are passed that will punish police officers with life sentences when they commit murders while on duty. We will have police reform requiring stricter background checks of police officers, anyone with any relatives or pass connectiosn to white supremacist movements will be disqualified for being cops.
