I was gonna say Pulp Fiction, not just because of multi-story films, but (I would have to sit and think of specific titles) it spawned the idea of films being big on dialogue/conversation in the vein of how Tarantino films were/are.

Nah. SPR was an actual blockbuster. Thin red line is pretty unsung but a dope movie nonetheless.
