It was a smash without a big lead single. It did more the first week than V2. It was always gonna go multi platinum it just wasn’t as successful as V2, that’s ok because 99% of rap album in history aren’t as successful as V2

The song was then put on Sig's album so that it would generate more sales

It’s easy to say this. Verzuz in a way is like sports. You come in with a game plan but then you make adjustments as the game goes along. Do you think a ESOM would’ve gone over in the crowd for the Lox/Dipset Verzuz? Based on the crowd Hov might not even perform it.
