Anybody ever play this?
Michael Jordan in Flight is a 1993 computer basketball game for DOS. It was developed by and published by Electronic Arts and is endorsed by Michael Jordan although it has no NBA licensed players or teams.
shyt was decent but you played with a keyboard and mouse.
I remember I always wanted that one, but I never played it. If I remember correctly it didn't come out until after a long delay.
I was just thinking about this game today.
It's not that obscure.
You have to be real
and
to have played this.
I had that on ColecoVision
How about these:
Absolutely ridiculously HUGE universe with hundreds and hundreds of planets that you could land on and drive around. The second game added earning money through buying and selling cargo between different star systems. Multiple different alien races that reacted differently to you moving forward based how how you acted and the tone that you used in your conversations with them. True open world games (No "missions", etc.) yet with a plot that you can follow and beat in the end.
Oh yeah, and if your ship got destroyed, it was GAME OVER and you had to restart right at the beginning...the only way to restore an earlier saved game was the literally make a backup copy of the game disks
The Mass Effect series wouldn't exist without these games, but Mass Effect isn't nearly as "open world" as Starflight was.
