With $5 million per person, you could create new black owned communities with self sufficient economies, scattered throughout the US. Those scattered communities could join together and buy resources as a national buying group (Oil, electricity, water, building supplies, etc). You start by taking a small suburb with decent infrastructure and you gentrify it with new wealthy black families. Institute a NOA and its a wrap. Me personally, I would be tempted to just take the money and leave the country.

I wouldn't ask these questions if I didn't have personal experience attending state level legislative budget research committees. Or studied the various modern legislative approaches (or the lack of) to racial topics.

I did the math, that's least 25 billion for the payment alone. I'll be generous and cut it to a 1/3 so its adults only. SF has a budget of 14 billion....

We're supposed to believe SF is going to put up 50% of their yearly budget to pay Black people for existing. In America? and the Fed is going to cover any deficits?

The lawsuits alone will kill this plan.

But idk if that includes kids, individual parents, households, ppl with jobs, etc
