Like i said on here a long time ago....whether you realize it or not, most ppl assume that an AA man, no matter how "clean cut" he might be, works for a white boss. That's because most of us have gotten so content with being employees to other races of men. Ppl are so used to seeing us call some cac "Boss", that they don't even consider that a random AA man they see IS the boss.

I bet some of you on here have had someone ask you where you work....think about it...why is it that they assume you work for someone else, why do they not consider that maybe you have your own business? Because ppl no longer associate black men with being bosses, when they think of black men they think of EMPLOYEE. Always the EMPLOYEE to a WHITE BOSS. :hhh:You nikkas are cool with that, huh? Smh

But OP, I won't say i "gave up", because i do own a business and employ other black people. Out of all the black men i went to school with, i'm literally the ONLY ONE. Everyone else is content with calling a white guy "Boss". But, I no longer "debate" nikkas on here (or anywhere else) about entrepreneurship & group economics. It's fukking 2017, if nikkas still don't understand why it's important to start businesses & practice group economics, then they'll never understand. So I get why you would just say "fukk it". This shyt should be common sense, nobody should have to explain to a bunch of 30 yr old men why they need to build an economic base.:stopitslime:Especially when they can easily look around and see Asian & Arab men doing it in black communities all over america. Does the importance of ownership REALLY need to be broken down & explained?

And I remember back when i used to talk about it on here, nikkas would automatically bring up black broads and how they ain't building for hem. I told these nikkas....as a grown man, you should want to build for YOU. Do you give a fukk about yourself? Most American black men don't. :yeshrug:It ain't about what race of hoes you like, i ain't building for bytches, i'm buildling for ME. MY NAME is on my shyt. As a black man in america, why would you want to rely on white men for employment forever? Why would the majority of black men want to be white mens' subordinates, instead of having our own businesses? If nikkas would focus on ownership instead of hoes for one second then they would understand. I'm not talking about hoes nikka, i'm talking about being able to employ YOURSELF (and others)

The majority of Black american men are delusional..they've convinced themselves that a "job" working for the white man is better than being business owners and employing each other.

I've even seen them say that the employee has just as much power as the boss. These nikkas are living in a fantasy land, where they lie to themselves to make themselves feel better about the truth.

You see how mad most nikkas got at Dame Dash just for his boss comments on the breakfast club:mjlol:

Most nikkas just want to work for "the man" til they die. Most don't care about having an economic base, to employ other black people, and pass businesses down. That's the truth

This is gonna seem like a Dr. X type rant. I know all the militants are raging mad ready to neg off the thread title alone.. but we need to address the REAL.

Every week there's a thread about black folks needing to stick together, support black businesses, do like the asians and jews do and keep our money within our community, etc... but truth be told, that stuff ain't ever happening. Reason being because we're simply complacent with just getting by and doing what feels good. A lot of us come from single parent homes, and if not, have a lot of friends/family that have and had to learn to raise ourselves. A lot of us grew up watching TV and idolizing our favorite rappers, athletes, actors, singers, etc. A lot of us grew up idolizing the dope boys and the gangstas that got all the love and play with the ladies. It's like the more ignorant you are, the more our women love us and the more we're idolized, adored and appreciated. The more intelligent you are the more "different" and "weird" you are and become isolated by your own people.

But anyways to keep things short, this is why we're a lost cause. There are so many successful rich and famous black people here in America. There's honestly NO reason why we can't start up another Black Wall Street and combat the systematic white supremacy. We're in a better position now more than we've ever been all throughout history to get our shyt together. But instead, all our black athletes and entertainers who are making millions of dollars a year are spending it on jewelry, cars, clothes to impress other black people cuz we all know what our favorite past time is. I listen to Jay's 4:44 album and I'm more frustrated and annoyed that it took him til he was 47 years old and dried up to finally make "woke" music with substance and content we can actually use to uplift our communities and build. Oh, I get it. Now that he's done flossing and stunting and telling us how rich he is in every song, now he wanna try something different. All while he's had this information all along for the 20 years he's been in the game. This is why I always said Nas > Jay-Z, but that's a whole other thread.

There's literally no excuse why we can't be greater than we are even with coming from poverty and single parent homes. Imagine if Drake, Future, Yachty, Wayne, Thug, Savage, all these new rappers these kids idolize made being smart and intelligent the "cool" thing to be? But no, instead it's taking drugs, spending money to floss, being promiscuous, being angry and violent is the cool thing to be. It's what makes our women love us, our men inspire us, and the rest of the world hate us. It's why we have trouble getting housing, get discriminated against at places of business, and why we can't simply get ahead without a fight. We can sit on thecoli all day and act like we're all gods and goddesses, kings and queens, etc... but the truth is we haven't been those for a long time. At least not here in America.

As much as the "white people are the enemy" rhetoric gets spewed around here, they actually aren't. At least not all of them. White people will at least hire you at a lot of places (except Jews). It's the arabs, asians, indians, and hispanics not looking to hire us, EVER! They stick amongst themselves, but they'll hire any other type of person before they hire us. We're the last option to them. I've worked over 20+ jobs and possibly have done more than 30-40+ job interviews and it's the white man or woman that usually hires me. It's the Hispanics, Arabs, Jews, Indians I faced the most discrimination with. Like no matter how impressive I was in the interview and how well qualified I am, I never get that call back by them, ever. And you know the funny thing about it? These people are jealous of us. Cuz only us black people can make millions of dollars and become hot shyt being rappers, athletes and entertainers. How many famous arab basketball/football players are there? Or famous asian actors/actresses compared to blacks? They envy us because they know what we're capable of. While some of they're families are struggling to get by with their laundromats, bodegas, and food stands, rappers like Meek and Future are out here stunting like Mayweather throwing money away on bullshyt. We got the more ignorant types like Blac Youngsta with all this money and still stupid as ever and that's gotta be frustrating to anyone watching.

All in all, we need to be better with our money. We need to stay woke. We need to educate our youth as early as possible about white supremacy and systematic racism. We need to open up black businesses, have owner ship over our assets. But until then, as long as we keep making being loud, dumb, ignorant, violent, sexual, and petty the cool thing to be, each generation is gonna grow up worst than the last. If we have more of our people of influence, the Jay's, Beyonce's, Rihanna's, Kanye's, Chris Brown's, Drake's, Future's be more positive, provide more positive and uplifting content. Of course we have artists and musicians that been on that shyt (Common, Talib, Mos Def, etc) but they're not as mainstream and don't have as much clout. We need to change the mainstream idea of what's cool and it starts with our mainstream celebrities and entertainers. America is all about Money and Entertainment (hence our President). Entertainers have more influence in our country more than anyone. And until our entertainers can provide more uplifting content and change the definition of what's cool, we're a lost cause. Lost cause as in we won't get to Black Wall Street even when it's so frustratingly at the palm of our hands. We might be able to get by and become successful individually, but as a group? :yeshrug:
The part about Jay illustrates how you're just as lost as the other blacks that you're calling out. Jay been saying the same shyt in his music since rd and you didn't get it until now because you're a crab too.

Most Black American men are delusional when it comes to their understanding of WORKING FOR the business vs actually OWNING the business. You're not on the same level as that cac boss.

You can even look at the amount of black men who are EMPLOYEES to a white EMPLOYER, who go around calling themselves "BOSSES". Even though they aren't bosses.

If you are a black man working for a white boss (which is the case for the majority of black american men), you are always expendable. If that cac boss decides to let you go (even if you don't deserve it), you have to go. The boss is in charge. All you can do is get on CareerBuilder and send out your resume 50 times and hope that Amber or Jake calls you back for an interview :childplease:Oh yeah and hope that they hire you if you actually get the interview. nikkas aren't tired of begging cacs for jobs yet? How are you going to let them completely control how you feed yourself?

Those of you who have been at that "job" for awhile. You know that you could still possibly lose your job right? Of course, one would hope that wouldn't happen, but "HOPE" is not secure enough. You could get laid off unexpectedly (that's happened to a lot of black men), the business could shut down, etc. I've seen black men with degrees who had been at a company for years get laid off unexpectedly, then have to beg..i mean "ask" cacs for another job. And if they don't get it soon they're in trouble because bills have to paid. shyt is crazy to rely on cacs so much.

And I say this as one of the few black men (between the of 25-35) who actually owns a business these days. :ufdup:All my employees are black. The way it should be.

Boss up brehs. Most of you firmly believe that we were put on earth to work for white men. Get out of that slave mentality. We need to have our OWN economic base and employ each other. I won't say it again because the shyt should be fukking common sense at this point. nikkas are the only ones who don't get it.

its a long game my nikka.... my father showed me the way that entrepreneurship is the only way out from under the white man's boot.... economic self-reliance is the only solution and that takes WORK.

I'm not one of these nikkas who feel good cause Im making a bit of money and can do what I want.... because I know the MAJORITY cant do that.... it makes me sad when our people have to turn around and ask the descendants of those who raped, murdered, and enslaved us - to offer them education and economic opportunities.

I never had to turn around and ask a white person for anything in my life cause my pops put in the work for me.... and I'm not gonna have my children and grand children and the next generation looking at me like "nikka you made all this money and didn't put anything in place for us? we gotta go ask these fukking crackers for opportunity cause you weren't thinking of the future".... that would mean I failed on my mission.

black people been making millions for some time now..... we shouldn't be at the mercy of white people in order to feed ourselves, educate ourselves, protect ourselves etc

we're too individualistic..... everyone else is thinking as a team and exploiting us as a collective....

It starts with yourself, then your family, and then beyond... you gotta free yourself from the chains, then free your family and the web grows... its a slow process, but I believe in it... cause theres no other way.......... we have two choices.... freedom or servitude

well said breh....

this is exactly how i think

family first....then out form there....

I won't say it again because the shyt should be fukking common sense at this point. nikkas are the only ones who don't get it.

Some nikka on here even tried to debate me about who earns more, them or their boss :deadrose:they were arguing that their cac boss doesn't "necessarily" make more than them. The lies that nikkas tell themselves to feel better about reality is just sad at this point . And you're right, a lot of nikkas do call themselves "bosses" and believe that shyt, even though their boss is always a cac.

nikkaz have convinced themselves that it's better to be the white man's employees than own a black business or work for a black business. American nikkaz are WAY behind the wave, it's like these nikkaz don't even understand that you can create your own jobs in 2017. Every other race is doing it, at much higher rates.

So many black men being underpaid by cac employer, and not moving up into the highest positions..because cac bosses give the highest positions to other cacs.... these nikkas rather put up with that than be independent. nikkas rather be low level (or middle level at best) employees to cac bosses and manangers, than go start their own shyt. There was even some nikka on here who works for some deli talking down on entrepreneurship. So you'd rather get bossed around by some cac or arab (well in his case an Asian bytch) for $9 an hr than go sell some shyt to somebody on your own :childplease:you can make more than what they're paying you on your own if you try. Most american nikkas are bytches though so :manny:

i don't expect it to change

Now here goes the nikkas with 10-20k posts coming in posting the usual MJ and Drake smilies and shyt. The little smilies are cute and shyt but that won't change the truth. What are you nikkas doing besides trying to be social media comedians when you're off the clock? What you building? What is the economic base looking like for black american men?

The few actual black business owners on here won't get offended (I didn't), but the rest of these "yessuh boss" nikkas will. :mjpls:Now go back to cracking your little jokes online like you do best, brehs. Laugh it up. Just make sure that cac boss doesn't see or hear you

Not everyone is meant to be a boss.

And if you are a boss, you better not be exploiting your labor force all in the name of "group economics."

I don't own my own business nor do I work for a cac.

Interesting point of view. And thanks for sharing knowing that it wouldn't be received well by all.

But I wouldn't say "the majority of blacks are a lost cause". Maybe, there are a number of people throughout the black American community who need to change their thought process.
I work with and have worked with successful black co-workers and they face the same challenges as everyone else in the work environment.
