Black entertainers have money, power and influence. A regular rich breh won't have the same effect as a guy like 50 Cent or Jay-Z

I agree to an extent, the problem is they have to want it and get off their asses to go and get it. My new job just hired 1500 People and it was an immediate hire first come first serve type deal and like 70% of the workforce is Black which is damn near unheard of nikkas was camping outside the doors for a chance to get a job some Black People simply dont have the drive or determination.

I lived 200 miles away and drove all the way there to get a job.
