195x15(2 minute break)

5 minute break

Dumbbell Incline:
70'sx15(2 minute break)
80'sx13(2 minute break)
90'sx10(2 minute break)
100'sx6

5 minute break

Chest press incline(machine):
115(2 45 plates and a 25 plate)x 15(2 minute break)
125x11(2 minute break)
135x8(2 minute break)
145x5

Did squats and deads today as well:
