my brother - who I work out with every day - has posted 3 work out videos 1st one with 1 million views, the 2nd with 2 million views just released 3rd one (already over 10000 views) and CT Fletcher just shouted him out and bodybuilding.com bout to have him in one of their featured videos:heh: maybe yall cant be productive but we still get work in :ld:

Your workout is insane..How long does it take to complete it?

Yea its a little hectic, but its definently legit,heavy week is crazy as well.

But it usually takes me an hour and some change for workouts to be completed on rep week and usually 45 mins to an hour for workouts during heavy week.

Chest day was today,actually flat presses,because I don't decline,and I do incline and flat different days to maximize both lifts.

Calorie intake is somewhere between 2,500-3,200 just depends,some days I eat alot some days I don't

Yea,while incarcerated 90% of the time we did high reps,well we would lift then superset everything,but yea we did lots of reps,that's how those guys grow so big,usually get about 2-3 hours in yard,and most guys would use every minute,so lots of reps are being done

No I'm an alien breh lol
