I've had something similar happen to me a long time ago. I've got around 55k songs, so I probably have a lot of the stuff you want. If you send me a pm with a list of artists I will upload their discography for you

bullshyt that has NEVER happened to me and i have exclusively used itunes & mac/ipod/iphone products for the last 10 years. they don't just erase your music every now & then. you need to check "manually manage music & videos" when you set up your ipod. 5000 songs is nothing breh, i got 50,000+ and with blogs, torrents & high speed internet these days it's nothing to download 5000 songs.

edit: also need to get a separate hard drive to keep all your music on breh
This ^^

If u fukk with iTunes u gotta put all your music in a separate folder first then move the music from that seperate folder and drop in iTunes.

You can save the seperate folder on a external hard drive for extra protection. This way of anything happens you only need to drop that folder with all your music back into iTunes.

years of illegally downloading the best rap of all time. 5000 songs gone just like that :mjcry:

i tried to start again but its gonna take too long :mjcry:

what would you do if this happened to you?

Don't fret same thing happen to me breh.

Look you can manually get all your music from your iPod :ahh:

Even doe i lost mad shyt that i never synced i got all my music i had from my iPod back to iTunes.

Plug up your iPod go to your root folder and copy that shyt to your library then :eat:

Only thing is apple uses some kinda code for the music so u might not see the song names in the folders but once you sync your shyt it will all come back to iTunes .

Edit * i thought it was your laptop fukkbreh didn't know it was iPod sorry my dude.

I had 500 gigs of music on an external hard drive that I lost last year :mjcry:
I'm slowly rebuilding and I have a lot of burned mp3 CDs up to like 2005-2006 that I still need to load back onto Itunes.
Everything that I've got over the last year I have on my iMac and also saved onto an external hard drive running time machine :yeshrug:
I've been told that you should have three separate back-ups...but that seems excessive, so more than likely I'll be coming back in a few years with another sob story :mjcry:
