I’m at 96...i can confidently add

scream :damn:
Don’t be a menace to south central without drinking your juice in the hood :mjlol:
Army of darkness :mjlol:
Ghostbusters (this is top 40, major oversight)

with the movies i plan to watch / rewatch causing some moves to shuffle if i’m inclined
I’m always a believer that your fav movies say a lot about your personality since they’re all extensions of who you are. Lists like this are fun to read and fun to make. Props, homie.

Agreed,I’m interested in yours

like, i’m surprised nobody asked why new jersey drive is so high (i’d say it is every bit as good as menace ii society and is shockingly underrated) or why there are no animated movies (i cant stand musicals and most are). You learn a lot about someone with a list like this.

Everyone seems REALLY authentic in that movie, from the cops, the guys really seem like friends growing apart and wildin out...it feels like the most authentic of that era and genre to me

90 movies long and no Unforgiven! I know it win best picture but I feel like it’s oftentimes overlooked
This was incredible after a rewatch just now.

i literally went :ohhh: when eastwood flipped after freeman died...and fukkin destroyed everyone. I realized...

he is not the hero. He is the VILLIAN of this story. Sure he is faithful to his late wife, but the three of them ARE ASSASINS trying to collect a bounty. Hackman is a bit of an a$$hole but he HE WAS just building a house...he was the law and wasn’t doing anything wrong by the rules of their world.

This was a final act heel turn that really flipped the entire movie. This shyt is on the list now

Great suggestion for a rewatch:salute:

What do you think about "Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind"?

It’s amazing. I randomly caught it on the Sundance channel when I was like 16 and was mesmerized by it. Don’t think I even got up from the couch once.
10/10

spectacular....it was so disturbing and romantic at once....jim carey is so damn talented. Thanks for the recommendation
