No it's not. The money is those who get paid by the company to sell themselves for recruiting. Like they have Bentley's, Benz, and go looking like celebs at events and what not.
I think Amway is okay as they give your money back, sell good products and have great kickbacks but most Blacks can't make much in Amway unless they live with white folks which is why you rarely see them in it unless they live in the middle class due to their pricing.

It is. I would rather sell dope than this shyt. I know dope dealers who have made millions and of course like usual, all went to jail and the suburban ones did fed time but they actually make money. This MLM are pure scams. The only ones I seen folks make money is from Amway and that's like 500 a month. You get more than that doing pt work at Subway but that's a lot less harder than Subway tho. Even so, it's not easy to sell this as you would think especially as a Black man who ppl are skeptical of you by race alone regardless of your appearance.
Selling dope is a lot easier, it's just that selling dope in a compact area can led you to jail, death, or problems a lot faster than elsewhere.
