I did this shyt for a month before, it was some energy company, I knew nothing about MLM or any of that shyt, somebody I knew told me they was making
money doing it, which wasn't lie, but he just wanted me to join so he can get paid of me, because he knew I was a hustling type of nikka I would get sells.
So I went out to the eastcoast with this nikka, philly, and all them states around their. He introduced me to the Bosses and shyt, we had meetings in conference rooms at first, until they got an office, and I already knew off that back something was wrong because of the fukk type nikkaz they had up in here.
shyt was like a cult like atmosphere. Where they would try to do this chants and shyt to rile everybody up, shyt was kinda like Wolf of Wall Street office minus the whores and drugs.
You see the energy had been deregulated in the certain states, so all you had to do was sign people at the rate the company was offering
they wanted me to go door to door with this shyt.
They called themselves teaching salesmenship, but really they were teaching how to manipulate and con people, and I am grateful for those skills because they will come in handy
With that said I only quit, because they didn't pay me what I asked for.
I easily surpassed everyone in the office in sales even the nikka who recruited me, but I was still getting paid the base which was like 16 dollars per deal.
The most deals I did in a single day was 22, so I made 352 in one day fukking with this shyt. But you have to understand shyt was hard work I was out in the cold all day, and the things nobody would ever do those many sells because most people aren't crazy like me willing to go through extreme lengths.
But all I wanted was a team where I could make money of their deals, I didn't expect anyone to perform like me, but I had 20 people under me, it wouldn't matter how many they did as long as they put some points on the board, the shyt would add up and factor it in with my own sales.
Needless to say I said I needed 25 per deal I did and I needed 5 dollars of a team, to me this was beyond reasonable because I knew the deals were worth much more, I just wanted to hurry up and get some bands up so I can but for an appraisal on a commercial property and was gonna quit anyway.
So this nikkaz finally bring me some people to recruit, I mean most of these people are too dumb any damn way and lack any type of self motivation you need to be a sales person. But still I would just take them out and let them watch me, I got so good I had my own system, and I was the truth. So they would natural feed of my confidence, and put forth an effort.
It wasn't till they took people I trained and put them other people's teams, or moved them to entirely different offices all together, that I got pissed.
So I sabotaged this entire company, I called back all the people I signed up, because I kept logged, and told them to cancel.
Instead of going out in the field I was just went to the bar and got drunk, then I went door to door smelling like cognac, people called in the company and made complaints.
So when I finally quit they tried to keep my last check they owed me, I called the main office of the marketing company which is owned by two old cacs, I actually went to their house, and talked to them and told them this fukk boy was holding my bread. They couldn't believe that shyt and sent me that bread so fast, I let them know like I don't care about them other bums you running game on, they don't fukk with my bread because I'm coming for mines.
With that said MLM is a scam, not for the customers but for the people who work for them. The people at top will never let you get above a certain point
the shyt isn't designed for you to, I was such an incredible hustler that I broke the design, so they just had to straight up pull the plug on everything they had promised me in the first place.
I will start my own on these days, because it is an easy way to get rich, if your at the TOP and started the whole thing, and have the contracts from the actually company your marketing the services for in your name.
Also is all about the product your selling, I would never sell like weight lost shyt, or any of that dumb ass shyt a lot of people posted in here
like the Primerca, that shyt would work because people will need Insurance always, the buying the shyt anyway, why not from you, if you got sell it's on you
no different than working at a car lot.
also MLM are not pyramid schemes, pyramid schemes don't have products that's the only difference, and why MLMs are legal
.....its a 100% commissioned based business...you recruit people (like he was trying to do with you) and then you override them (like every other insurance co in the world does)...so the more people you recruit the bigger your team is...the more you can sale....
