Nuggets and Knicks aint that far off breh. Both have the same net rating and point differentials. Only difference is that the Knicks have a 4-1 record in games decided by 3 points or less compared to the nuggets (2-5).How we getting blown out by the Denver Nuggets???
4-7 at home this year. 18-23 during the 2015-2016 season.
F*ck all that net rating & point differential nonsense. This is a 10-16 team with no star players, this is a team the Knicks should've beaten.

Man, please. No star players, but they're two deep at every position unlike the Knicks. You see what happens if Rose misses time. More minutes for Baker and Sasha as the back-up point guard and Jennings gets exposed if he plays against starters.Off nights from KP or Melo and they can't fall back on their 26th ranked defense. Can't expect to win every tightly contested game against inferior teams and get the blown the doors our by every contender and not expect any type of Regression.

The Knicks really need to shore this defense up. I thought coming into the season we had promise on that end...
-KP and Noah, two elite rim protectors down low with rugged O'Quinn off the bench.
-Courtney Lee one of the best 3&D players, especially at running guys off the three point line.
-Full court pressure and quick hands against second units from Brandon Jennings.
-Lance Thomas displayed effort and versatility last season.
-I thought Melo would show better effort with a stronger supporting cast, instead dudes like Marcus Morris have owned him.
-Rose has never been a great defender but he surely has to be an upgrade over Calderon and comes out to play against elite guards.
Last year we managed to be top 10 in opponents points per game and FG% and inside the top 20 in defensive rating.

We need rose healthy, it's simple as that.
Healthy rose won't change a thing. We will still allow teams to score 100+ points a game on us.
