He's gonna get the max, no chance the Knicks can afford both him and Rose (assuming Rose can remain injury free and play at a decent level from now until the end of the season, which is far from guaranteed) unless you move Noah and Thomas, and even then it still depends on how much the salary cap is ( it'll probably land between the 102-107 million range) and if the Knicks can resign Rose at around 20 million or less, and since Rose will have a cap hold of 30 million, you gotta take care of his situation first. That's a whole bunch of ifs, so even though it's fun to imagine I wouldn't think to far ahead into free agency; it's no telling how things will play out from now until then so you can't really make any plans. Ideally Hayward would be my #2 target in free agency though.
