I don't remember there being so many reactionary posters in Knick threads.......most chaotic Knick season thread maybe ever
When we was making the playoffs, were they awful then.
The Season Bargnani first came was worst imo.I don't remember there being so many reactionary posters in Knick threads.......most chaotic Knick season thread maybe ever
For the record, here is the full interview with Phil Jackson talking about Melo, and other things.

The one playoff appearance? Cmon man...live in reality please.
Honestly what other team president criticizes other teams players and then his own randomly...Its not a good look for the Knicks.
They some sad ass people, gotta create drama to "do their jobs".shout out to ny media twisting and manipulating things to a point beyond recognition
Most of yall criticizing Phil about the "ball hog" gate are looking a little funny in the light, especially considering the statement in context.
Let's handle it simply:
Imagine being a Democrat politician and a high ranking well respected member of the JFK administration states that you could be fit right into the mold of the next JFK?
Imagine being a Republican politician and the NationalReview.com or a major conservative mind says you have the ability to be the party's next Reagan?
Now imagine 11 Ring wearing Championship of Jordan/Kobe stating that you can actually fit the role that Jordan and Kobe did with some adjustment?
This is so overblown and, honestly, shyt was a fukking compliment. Phil says what the fukk HE wants to say. I don't like the guy much but I'm not going to associate a fault that he hasn't exhibited.
He sees the world the way he wants to see it, and regardless if I agree with dude, and regardless if he's wrong or not, he believes what he's saying. Think about what that actually means for his view on Melo.
The saddest part? The instigation, the media response, and the trolls have Melo seeing it the wrong way, too.
Last year, a ref derailed this dude...
This year, it may be a fukking comment that was lost in translation by the sports world. Great.
Whether it's new or not...Melo being overdramatic is nothing new.
Whether it's new or not...
The hoopla surrounding the bullshyt affecting a player's focus isn't new, either. I want my Knickerbockers out there not thinking about anything but that 48 minutes, at all times.
I tend to believe Melo shrugs it off on some grown man shyt as he loves to quote, "It is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it" by Aristotle.
I'm happy he's a Knick.
