How do we feel about Jonathan Isaac? :jbhmm:

I didn't watch him enough to go to HAM on breakdown. Dude seems like he's just too damned skinny right now to be an impact player but he's hella long and does things that I expect to see from guards. I see a project with a super high ceiling but for our needs considering what we have right now...I'd rather grab one of Fultz, Ball, Jackson, DSJr, Fox or Frank. I don't like Monk or Tatum particularly though; so I'd probably take my chances on developing Isaac over those two. If he worked out, that dude and KP would be an obnoxious combination of length and athleticism to build around.

Extremely talented, but not sure the Knicks fanbase will have the patience to wait on his body to catch up to his skills. It could be a few seasons before he's actually contributing.
They will learn how to wait after all the losing the past few years.

Not like the Nets or 76ers are any better either :mjlol:

I've got time. This team fukking stinks, and next year isn't our year either.

Now, if we can get a top 4-5 chance, Parlay it into a top 3 pick -- then I'm aiming higher.

Nah we should expect to be bad next year as well. I mean shyt how long did it take the Warriors to get nice after they drafted Curry?

People really got no patience with a process that by definition take time and patience to do right..... not to mention also involves working around Dolan's general incompetence as a team owner

I have no problem being patient with a process. But it has to be a legit process with a long term goal. I don't have issues with a 2-3 year building process.

I think this has got to be where fans get to. We are probably two (smart) years away from being at that point we were in the first half of the first Amar'e season. Before the Melo trade. Where the team wasn't great, but it was solid, and young, and kind of exciting.
