The Sixers are 1.5 games behind you and aren't even trying, I don't understand how this just doesn't register for yall, they didn't go out and sign a washed center for max contract in the offseason to compete now.

The Noel trade was terrible, but they are insulated from a move like that because of all the moves they've made that got them extra picks. They have the right to swap picks with the Kings this year, they also get the Lakers pick if it falls outside the top 3, if it doesn't then they get their unprotected 2018 pick, then they get the Kings 2019 unprotected pick. These teams do not have similar situations at all the Sixers can cut Randle because they have a PG already, and they could draft or sign another.

I'm coming to the conclusion a lot of you just don't have any understanding of other teams in the league outside of the Knicks.



Young players are given slack, guys who are 28-32 and not making the playoffs while their fans proclaim that they are better than - Kawhi Leonard are going to get the gas face. There is a Melo vs Kawhi Leonard thread where a lot of #Knickstape lookin extra funny now.

You know my point is that the 6ers were tauted as the team doing the right thing to making a successful organization. They have more picks and better assets but it clearly seems that they are literally winging EVERYTHING and outside of a board meeting where they've said, "let's fukking lose, guys!"...Their other GM moves are suspect.

We gotta win these people back." It happened to the Wilpons. It's happening to Woody Johnson and the Steinbrenners. It's not gonna hit Dolan because pride alone isn't doing it and if my team is worth billions, clearly something is being done right in his mind.

The Lakers have a similar situation except they hate losing that much that they're willing to blow it up. Dolan even in his radio interview isn't that concerned.

You come into this thread on this pedestal and I assume you are one of the posters that are attempting to be objective yet you have to admit you've been trying to "style for the coli" by exaggerating your point. I'm happy you admitted it, I respect that.

From what I remember, YOU go to the games quite often. You also know, NY is a sports town with many people with disposable income...People are going to go to the games, brethren.

Not only that, you and I both know that Dolan TRULY only cares about celebrity row.

Real fans send Dolan mail detailing how disappointed they are and he responds to them by telling the fans that they should stop being fans and they probably have a substance abuse problem. He's a fukk boy, with fukk boy management and has turned this into a fukkboy organization.

The only thing a true fan can do is throw support behind the overwhelmingly black and talented players who go out there and play to the best of their ability. Outside of that, no amount of placards and protest signs saying, "We want losses. We want losses!" Is going to change things. (The thought of that is hilarious)

Meanwhile, the smart guys try to shyt on nikkas who like those players and aren't willingly wishing the fukkboy organization purposefully trivializes those player's time on the court.

Again, I'm completely in full understanding of you and everyone else's intelligent analysis on what is best for this organization - To lose and get draft picks.

I honestly just don't see how you figure Dolan even knows what Knicks fans actually want? Most people in the garden, outside of the nosebleeds are not diehard fans, let's be honest.

I'm huge melo fan and I definitely don't think he deserves all the flak he gets from the fans.

But I'm definitely not happy with us winning last night. Winning meaningless games like that could be the difference with us drafting in the 7-10 area rather than the desired franchise saving 4-7 area.

We need to shut KP down for the season, especially with his latest injury and we definitely need to start resting melo more often.
