ITs shell building for big corps that dont even need the building for revenue just an occasional meeting place and tax benefits...Then you have the resturants, bars and fast food places...Other than that apartments for people...Sporting venues

I'm glad my family and I can cash in. The gut renovations took sometime. Water fall edges on the island where the veins connect all down the waterfall. It's a difference between book matched and vein matched. 2 dishwashers on deck .

Good for you

HOLY shyt:damn::damn:
Those the new buildings that came up overlooking the Harlem River

fukking bugging charging $3000 for a one bedroom damn cocksuckers

I think they’ll struggle to fill these units at that price range at first but in a a decade that area will be full of trendy lounges, bars, restaurants and clubs

I haven't read through the rest of the thread, but there's a reason why that shyt ain't getting sold like that.

It's not even just the location in terms of public transportation (the Bx36 gets you to Tremont and Burnside or to the 5 or 6 train no problem). My brother's grandma used to live on 180th and Clinton. I know that area real well. Ghetto as fukk. The bytches are BAD though (there was one girl I hooked up with while we were practicing for a quinceanera on Southern Blvd :ohlawd: I miss that summer, but I digress).

Lots of gangs out there. You are 1 Derrick Rose jersey away from someone tryna ask you what set you claim out there and needing to get the question right. The apt looks nice so as long as you can handle your surroundings you should be OK.
Brooklyn fought gentrification and lost. *basks in the glory of not seeing my old neighborhood turn into Brooklyn*

BX for the most part is gonna win out simply because it's impossible to jack up property values other than the waterfront (and that's really only around Alexander Ave. shyt, the River Park Towers is right by the Harlem River too. Doesn't mean they're gonna make prices higher). Ironically, we can thank a racist in Robert Moses for physically making it impossible to gentrify.

I still get my taxes done at the Sotomayor houses in fukkin Soundview and let me tell you, as a lifelong Bronxite, I'm still nervous as hell whenever I'm around there. A place such as that, hipsters and yuppies and investors wouldn't touch a place like that with a ten foot pole.
