housing markets starting to soften for sure, I went and looked at houses again today for the first time in a few years


NYCHA/HUD programs are in for a rough three years though from everything I've read

I seriously believe anyone who chooses to move to these neighborhoods with a higher income bracket should actually be forced to pay higher taxes for choosing to live in an area with people that have a lower income they do. Simply to manage services for such communities and the residents. No way should this be happening. Like the idea that someone from such suburb can choose to move into such area because it's cool driving folks out that don't have much of a choice where to live. Hell no.
I agree. They should be taxed higher.
