During the summer the city actually passed Right to Counsel. Meaning over the next 5 years any tenants making under 50k will be provided a free attorney in housing court. It's slowly being implemented across the boroughs but some zip codes are coveredDo you know how much it cost for a lawyer? Be for real. Not saying that there isn't a way around it but it's not as easy as you are saying. Sometimes that shyt takes years to reach court.
I know it won't stop the rezoning but maybe it can be altered.
