they took over broadway junction fam. they all all over eastern parkwayHipsters love the trains and proximity to Manhattan, I'm in that area where the nearest train is miles away. Plus, they won't come past Kingston on the 4/5 or even approach Broadway Junction.

Man reading shyt like this makes my blood boil. So basically DeBlasio's affordable housing plan is accelerating gentrification. This clown is a fukking crook. He took mad money from these real estate developers and gave them contracts to build those "affordable housing" units. Which in turn will be bought by upper middle class hipsters. And to think Latinos and Black folk are going to vote for his clown ass next November. To think I voted for him because he was going to end Stop and Frisk and come up with a plan for affroadable housing. SMH its like next year we have no choice. We either pick a racist Republican who will bring back Giuliani area policing and give free reign to the developers. Or Deblasio who is already bought and sold by the real estate developers. Either if you are lower middl class or poor you are screwed.
