I'm fine with the project in general but it should be larger to offer more affordable units and aesthetically more pleasing.
My biggest gripe lately is all the hotels being built everywhere some which turn into shelters.
We really need to work on our zoning and density along with infrastructure to match them.

It doesn't have to be larger. Increase the percentage of affordable apartments

Whats crazy is, they're doing this shyt all over BK. Any new building that comes up is getting flooded with white people. shyt is sad and depressing seeing so many cacs walk around the neighborhood I grew up.

This shyt right here is in development right now. I get pissed everytime I see this building.. Like how do you put this in between two projects housing complexes? Luxury condos? Smh.. they couldn't make this an affordable housing complex? We have to get invaded by more whites. shyt is crazy..

shyt is sad fam.. I live in a 4 family house.. once the lady next door died I said watch white people get that unit... I fukking live next to white people now.
Like my whole block has so many cacs now and I live in the hood.
shyt is crazy.. I love my people. I just want to live around blacks, not souless cacs. I may have to move to the bx or east new york to get away from whites, but I dont want to leave near spanish people either.
